Module 8 Audit Recommendation Manager Menu on the Main Menu is used to record and track audit recommendations. The first step is to record the recommendations.
Select menu item 1, 8.1 Maintain Audit Recommendations using DIV1 as the input file. Select the first audit unit by entering its sequence number (1).
An audit recommendation consists of the recommending and
followup auditors, the planned implementation date, the actual
start and end dates, the followup date, priority and the text of
the recommendation.
Use the ADD command to add the recommendations shown in Figure
20. The LIST command can be used to select the auditor names from
those already recorded and the NOTE command is used to record the
recommendation text.

For example, we could select menu item 2, 8.2 Print Audit Recommendations Summary Report using DIV1 as input.
This brings us to the end of this tutorial. We have skipped some sections of AMP in the interest of reducing the time requirements of the tutorial. We encourage you to explore the other features and experiment, perhaps by applying AMP to your own data.
